A little bit about me!
Hi, I’m Taylor! I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, and I’m deeply passionate about supporting women through the many challenges and transitions life brings. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are, whether that’s with messy thoughts, heavy emotions, or the hope for something better.
I take a person-centered and integrative approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and story because I don’t believe there’s one single way to heal. I place so much value on the power of being truly heard and seen, and I approach each session with intention, compassion, and care. The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work together, and I also integrate values-based exploration to help you reconnect with what truly matters to you.
I work with women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—women navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, infertility, PMDD, or postpartum depression and anxiety. Many of my clients are strong, high-achieving women who carry so much for everyone else but struggle to make space for themselves. I also work with women who are questioning their identity, untangling attachment wounds, or trying to find peace in the midst of life’s chaos.
In addition to my focus on women’s mental health, I have experience working with clients managing Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and ADHD. No matter where you are on your journey, I’m here to meet you there—with empathy, curiosity, and the belief that healing is possible.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who deeply values connection, movement, and time in nature. The beach is my personal sanctuary — a place I go to slow down, reflect, and recharge. I also love staying active, whether that’s at the gym, playing pickleball, or simply taking a walk with my dog (with my cat usually supervising from the window).
I’m happiest when I’m spending time with the people I love, exploring new places, or finding joy in the little things. Travel is something I hope to do more of, both to see the world and to continue growing through new experiences
